Serenity's Way Affirmation Card Launch Party

Sylvia Castillo of Innovative Real Estate Group to Host

Launch Party for Serenity’s Way Affirmation Cards

Leading Real Estate Professional Originally Wrote Women’s Empowerment Series of Cards to Give Women at Aurora Shelter a Positive Message

DENVER, Colo. – November 27, 2013 – Sylvia Castillo, Office Manager for Innovative Real Estate Group in Denver, will host a special launch party on Sunday, December 1, 2013 to introduce her latest series of Serenity’s Way affirmation cards. The Women’s Empowerment Series encompasses a total of seven cards with powerful and positive messages written by Castillo. The launch party will include an open house at Innovative Real Estate Group’s Denver office located at 2460 W. 26th Ave., Suite 120C from 2:00-5:00 p.m.

Serenity’s Way affirmation cards were originally created by Castillo to give women at the Gateway Battered Women’s Shelter in Aurora a positive message of inner strength and guidance that also reminds them that there is nothing that love and acceptance cannot heal. There are now a total of 28 cards from four distinctive series (seven cards each), including the Women Empowerment Series, the Awakening Series, the Gratitude Series, and New Beginnings for use in the real estate business. All cards are now offered as affirmative greeting cards, postcards, and artwork at

Castillo, who grew up with domestic violence in her life, is the founder of Serenity’s Way, a volunteer for Gateway Battered Women’s Shelter, and a member and practitioner for Mile High Church. Creating the Serenity’s Way affirmation cards has been a healing experience in her life as well at the battered women she helps through volunteer efforts. Castillo, with the help of her husband and a group of caring friends and colleagues, recently painted and redecorated three bedrooms at the Gateway Battered Women’s Shelter.

“I have compassion for battered women, the addict and the adult child that comes from personal experience,” said Castillo. “I know that as I continue to heal myself, I will find ways to help others. I believe the gift is in giving it away. I wake up thankful for my spiritual journey and the opportunity that each day provides to learn, grow, and do it all better than the day before.”
