I chose IRE because we are a family.  Each agent has something unique to bring to the table, and we encourage and embrace those talents.  This in turn expands our knowledge as a whole.  To get each agent started off on the right foot, IRE has a training program that is second to none!  I have personally benefited from the program and still refer back to it for guidance. If I don’t know something, I know that I can call anyone of my co-workers and they wouldn’t hesitate to help.  Those are things you do for someone you care about.  You know you can count on them and they can count on you.  What a wonderful feeling!

What do your customers like most about you?
I would say that what my customers like most about me is my sincerity.  I honestly want what is best for them and what is going to make them happy. It really does bring me joy to see my customers end up with a home that they have always wanted or to sell their home and move onto the next step in their lives.  Nothing is more satisfying than being a part of that!]

Best advice for someone buying or selling a home...
Choose a realtor that you can trust!  Once you find that person-do just that…TRUST them.  After all, that is the number one important thing of ANY relationship.  This one shouldn’t be any different.

Where is your favorite place to travel?
So far in my history of travel, my favorite place has been Punta Cana, Dominican Republic.  Because it is in the Eastern Caribbean the water is warm and blue as can be.  The beaches are white and the temperature…HOT!  A perfect escape for this Colorado girl!

Name your favorite restaurant and why is it the best?
My favorite restaurant would be located in Maui, HI called Sarentos on the Beach.  It really is right on the beach in Kihei.  The atmosphere is just wonderful.  My husband and I went with another couple for dinner for our first night in Maui.  What a memory!  I remember I couldn’t see anything but I could hear the sound of the ocean hitting the rocks just below the restaurant as it is all open air seating with romantic candlelight ambiance.  I will never forget that night.  I would love to go back and take more people with me!

What is one thing you’ve always dreamed of having?
I have always dreamed of owning LOTS of acreage and building my dream home on it myself!  I want to design it & build it with my husband.  What an experience that will be!

From the moment I made the decision to enter into the exciting world of real estate, I made the commitment to myself and every one of my clients, to learn as much as I possibly can so that I can be the asset they deserve. With all of the top notch training programs and cutting edge technology I have at my finger tips, this is an achievable goal.  I will promise to you that if I don’t know an answer, I will seek it out for you.  I believe that everyone has room for improvement in every aspect of their lives, this way we don’t become stagnant and are constantly moving forward. The most important thing to me is that you to enjoy this journey we are about to embark on together.  I want it to be fun, light hearted and maybe even find a friend when all is said and done. I want you to reflect back and have confidence that I did everything possible to get the job done quickly and effectively. 

In addition to my passion for real estate, my other interests are…camping, hiking, boating & rock climbing.  I like to play soccer and enjoy singing with my church worship team. My husband and I are very proud parents of 2 beautiful children.  As a Colorado native I am excited to show you all of the wonderful things our state has to offer!  It would be my pleasure to assist and assure that your next real estate transaction will be a successful one!
