Best advice for someone buying or selling a home…
Find a realtor that you trust and make certain that you feel that you are the most important client that they have from the initial contact to closing, because you are!  Hire an agent that will look out for your best interests.
 
What unique perspective do you offer to your customers?
I offer a unique advantage to my clients due to my previous experience in mortgage lending as my initiation into the finance industry.  This mortgage lending experience has given me an intimate and astute understanding of the mortgage transaction and therefore I assist my clients in providing a clear and concise understanding this often cumbersome and confusing matter.  More importantly, especially with today’s nationwide mortgage “minefield”, I help my clients in identify fair and ethical financing options. 
 
What do your customers like most about you?
They like the fact that I truly care about them and I am looking out for their best interests.
 
Where is your favorite place to travel?
I love to travel to Playa Del Carmen, Mexico because I love to be close to the ocean and there is some great scuba diving in the area.  I have been there often enough to know where the best restaurants are and where to go for a good massage.  Going there allows me to slow down and relax.
 
Name your favorite restaurant and why is it the best? 
My favorite restaurant is Duo on 32nd and Zuni because it's quaint with exposed brick and awesome gourmet cooking. 

Name someone who has been a role model in your life- and why? 
Anthony Robbins has been a role model in my life because he helped me believe that anything is possible and the NLP techniques that he teaches helped me overcome my fears.
 

Genie's Bio

In broad terms, my clients will benefit from over 22 years of experience as a business owner.  I offer my clients my time-tested skills in negotiating, multitasking and creativity; thereby reducing the time, effort and costs associated with purchasing and/or selling homes.

Specifically, I offer a unique advantage to my clients due to my previous experience in mortgage lending as my initiation into the finance industry.  This mortgage lending experience has given me an intimate and astute understanding of the mortgage transaction and therefore I assist my clients in providing a clear and concise understanding this often cumbersome and confusing matter.  More importantly, especially with today’s nationwide mortgage “minefield” I assist my clients in identifying fair and ethical financing options. 

My certification as a Home Stager is yet another vital element of my skill set and a specific advantage to my home selling clientele.  Throughout this industry commonly accepted statistics indicate that homes in any market category that are properly staged will sell much faster AND FOR MORE MONEY than those that are not staged. 

Finally, it is my core belief that there is a house out there for everyone; one that will suit your needs and lifestyle.  It is my commitment to each client to take the time required to determine those unique needs and then offer untiring diligence to locate that home at their desired pace.
