Best Real Estate memory…
My best real estate memory is helping one of my best friends find the first home of her dreams.  I was so thrilled to walk her through the entire process from start to finish.  The best part about helping her was seeing the excitement in her face when she walked in to her first home!

Best advise for someone buying or selling a home…
The best advice I can give to someone buying or selling a home is to find someone you know, like, and trust that is a full time professional who can guide you through the process.  Always follow your 'gut' or intuition, and take your own time to make your decision.  Be honest, open, and communicative with your Realtor, and everything will go great!
 
What unique perspective do you offer to your customers?
I was an investor before I was a Realtor, and therefore am very open minded and an 'out of the box' thinker.  I am a problem solver and see opportunity where others see obstacles.  As an investor in Texas and Florida as well as Colorado, I am able to see the bigger picture when it comes to investment trends, factors, and future growth opportunities. 

What do your customers like most about you?
I believe my customers like my investment background, coupled with my down to earth personality.
 
Describe a memorable situation in which you really had an impact on a customer?
While working with an investor from out of town to help him buy his first rental property, he was very nervous to invest in a new city.  We worked together to find a great house that did not need any repairs.  After closing, he found a renter within the week!  Not only did he find a great house with built-in equity, but he also had the mortgage paid for by his renter, as well as extra money in his pocket within the first month of owning the home.  He is now very confident in the Denver area and is finding better investments every day.
