Why Innovative?

What do your customers like most about you?
My honesty and integrity and that I am always out for their best interest.

Taking myself out of the equation when helping them to decide on what is best for their decision.

Where is your favorite place to travel?
Anywhere there is a beach and crystal clear, blue, warm water (grin)

Renee's Bio

Renee was born in Honolulu Hawaii while her father was serving in the armed forces.  He served 20 plus years with the Army allowing Renee to experience many different cultures and regions of the world from Japan to Germany and many states in the U.S..  But her roots are definitely in Texas where 95% of her family reside.  Spending a total of 26 years of her life here in the beautiful state of Colorado, Renee has decided that this is where her roots will be planted with an occasional trip to Texas to see the family.

When introduced to real estate Renee realized that she has a passion for helping people buy and sell homes.  It has been a gratifying experience to find that home that they can call “The One” for her clients.  And also make it a very pleasant and stress free experience.  Renee loves to educate her clients on the market trends and extends herself to making sure her clients are getting what they truly want and deserve. 

When it comes to buyers:
She feels she has a gift when working with buyers in the fact that she really is able to listen carefully and visualize their wants and needs.  This, she says, takes a lot of the stress off of the client when after spending one or two times out with a first time client she can pinpoint exactly what they are looking for and does most of the work without having the client see everything on the market.  She can take that buyer to 75-80% fewer houses by previewing and weeding out the homes she knows will not be satisfactory to her clients.

When it comes to sellers:
Renee takes a no-nonsense approach.  She will be very open and honest to the market conditions and educate them to listing their home at a price that will sell in the timeframe they need.  Renee also adds an extra bonus of taking the time to stage the home to get the best possible price in the least amount of time.  First impressions are what make the difference.  Renee will also market your property in various medias, including, but not limited to many different forums on the internet.  She is also a big proponent of open houses.  You will have a very positive experience with the sale of your home and the purchase of a new home.

Renee has many different resources at her fingertips to help you find that top agent in any state to help you find your next house to call home.

On the lighter Side:
Renee enjoys many outdoor activities hence her staying in Colorado.  However, her true passion is Scuba Diving and traveling the world to experience new and exciting adventures.  Her travels have taken her to Indonesia, Fiji, Cayman Brac, and many excursions to Cozumel.  Her future travel goals are to dive the Great Barrier Reef, Tahiti, Scuba/Safari in Africa and to eventually make it to Egypt to see the pyramids and dive the Red Sea.
